I have always been a blog follower NOT a blogger. I never thought I would start one myself but here I am. One of the blogs that I follow, Principals Principles, posted on starting a blog. After reading the post; I decided to go for it. Why not? I just may have something to share with other administrators wanting to learn while they lead.
So who do I lead? I am a very lucky principal at a primary school in Texas. My school has nearly 75 adults and around 700 students from Pre-K 3 to 2nd grade. This is my 2nd year as the campus principal. I have learned so many things since beginning this journey and I cannot wait to start sharing it all!
You may wonder why I would name my blog 'Leading with Love'. Well, I believe that I should do ALL things with love so why not lead that way? I am excited to share my love of leading and to connect with other LEADERS! I hope you will join me in this journey!
